Cancellation Policy

Kindly note that we do not offer refunds or discounts in the event of late arrivals, early departures, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness.

Should you choose to cancel your participation in a Ceremonies for any reason, our cancellation policy outlined below will be enforced without exceptions.

We genuinely wish we could accommodate unforeseen circumstances, but we have already incurred expenses when securing Ceremonies centers.

We have formulated our cancellation policy to be as understanding as possible in the event your plans alter. However, to provide yourself with additional protection, we highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.


**14 days or more prior to the start of the Ceremonies :
100% of the deposit paid for the Ceremonies will be transferred towards another Ceremonies within 12 months.

**2-13 days prior to the start of the Ceremonies 
50% of the deposit paid of the Ceremonies will be transferred towards another Ceremonies within 12 months, and the remaining 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.

**24 hours or less prior to the start of the Ceremonies 
No refunds, future rescheduling, or credits will be given.

To cancel, you must send an email stating that you wish to cancel to: and then give us a call at (443) 223-5341 to confirm the cancellation.


If we do cancel a Ceremonies , we will refund you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot, however, compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely that MOTHER EARTH SPIRITUAL CENTER must cancel a Ayahuasca Ceremonies , however in the case of a natural disaster, political upheaval, or weather we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue we work with.

To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
